Goodbyes & Welcomes
Super exciting and eventful: that was 2023, and the year isn’t over yet. The last few months have been particularly exciting, as there have been several changes in our team. It was with a smile and a tear in our eyes that we said goodbye to Nathalie after over four years as head of the gang. We wish her every success in her new challenge as Director of Real Estate Management. A big thank you for your incredible support over the years!
At the same time, we are very pleased for M, who has been our new team leader since August and has lots of plans: “The last year has shown how valuable and how sensible the decision was to found Westfield Rise. I can hardly wait to continue working on our success with the No. 1 team.” With the opening of the Westfield Hamburg Überseequartier and the setting up of the new Data business unit, she is taking on two truly challenging projects. And we couldn’t be more excited to go down this path together as a team.
Even more power for the team
But there have been even more changes to the gang: Sofia is taking on new challenges, and we wish her all the best. We’re welcoming newcomers Kathi, Simone and Lisa who want to make a real difference with us: “I’m really looking forward to developing and running some really special brand promotions with our clients”, says Kathi. Simone loves “working in such a creative and fast-growing environment”, and Lisa can scarcely wait to “experience the team spirit and get to know exciting brands and partners”.
So we’re heading into the most wonderful time of the year with a breath of fresh air and plenty of zest for action. A whole series of really cool activities are planned again this year. So stay tuned!
