Glossy lips and radiant looks: Cosmetics manufacturer Maybelline presented its new Lifter range at Westfield Centro between 17 and 19 October, introducing the “Lifter Gloss” in its 16 stylish colours and the matching “Lifter Liner”, which comes in ten elegant shades. But that wasn’t all – Maybelline also surprised visitors with exciting extras.

Goodies in exchange for tokens

One particular highlight was the token machine. Anyone who was quick enough was able to get their hands on one of the tokens at the nearby dm drugstore, with 60 tokens released every hour . Customers were able to exchange this token for one of the new Maybelline products as a giveaway in Mitteldom B. This innovative idea brought excitement to the shopping experience and also enabled visitors to try out the new products right there and experience the quality for themselves. Anyone who was unable to secure a token or wanted to buy additional colour variations also had the opportunity to purchase the products in the regular fashion at the dm store.

As well as the sought-after lip products, the Maybelline promo attracted visitors with a smartly branded photo booth where they could take free souvenir photos. These mini-mementoes went down especially well and added to the fun. The well-thought-out design of the stand with welcoming cushions and an open-plan layout really invited customers to sit down, relax and explore the Maybelline products at their leisure.

A seamless shopping experience

Whether it was a cosy chat on the seat cushions or a quick snapshot shoot – the promotion managed to create a relaxed yet exciting atmosphere that livened up people’s day at the shops and won Maybelline plenty of attention.
The smooth transition from the promotions area to the dm store – and the availability of the products on location – made it a seamless shopping experience for the captivated customers, enabling the cosmetics manufacturer to attract many interested people to its new Lifter range.
