Whether hotels, skyscrapers or studio flats: luxury real estate is considered a good investment – all over the world. In order to create more points of contact between providers and potential investors, Westfield Centro and DAMAC Properties, a luxury real estate developer from Dubai, have now entered into an initial collaboration.

This is perhaps a somewhat unusual partnership, as the real estate industry has rarely promoted its offers in shopping destinations in Germany. The DAMAC Properties pop-up stand, which has taken up residence in the mall’s Mitteldom for two months, is thus a first – and very possibly something other providers may wish to follow.

Advice on luxury real estate at a high-end stand

Prominently placed in the Mitteldom at the heart of the shopping centre, what makes the high-quality stand so striking is its simple elegance. In white and rose gold, DAMAC Properties cuts a clean, unobtrusive figure, yet catches the eye from afar. Elegant cream-coloured armchairs invite people to linger, and two video walls give impressions of what the real estate developer does.

The company is very much ‘on point’ with this proposition: demand for luxury real estate in the United Arab Emirates and across the Middle East is on the rise – also among European investors. The stand in this popular shopping destination features experienced experts giving an overview of the market, with German-speaking promotion staff handing out flyers and brochures.

Two-month collaboration to be expanded

The Westfield Centro Mitteldom will be playing host to DAMAC Properties until 17 October. This is the first collaboration between the German flagship shopping destination and the luxury real estate developer, and the Westfield Rise team has put a lot of effort into it, with meetings and site inspections also conducted at weekends to ensure a successful promotion. But this shall not be the end of this brand experience. The aim is to repeat or extend the collaboration – a project that should also excite the interest of German luxury real estate investors.
